Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that orders shipped outside of Victoria may take up to 6 business days. In more remote and regional areas, this can take a little longer. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive an order in some instances. 

We’ll send you tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track your order with our mates at Australia Post.

Check your estimated delivery time on the Australia Post website.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address provided by you. Mon Cherry cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect.

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or receive a delivery. To receive your delivery, you must provide proof of age identification. I.D. is required for those who look under 25.

​​If you place an order and are not at your address at the time of delivery (or are unable to provide proof of age), the package will be dropped off at an Australia Post store.

We only use reputable delivery companies, but we do not accept liability for any delivery delays caused by third parties.

Missing or undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 30 days for deliveries within Australia. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed at the post office will be refunded for the product only. To arrange redelivery, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch. After this period, a refund will be processed automatically.
