We’d like to say yes, but our legal team says no. A small percentage of our cherry fruit wine drink has added sulphites to stop fermentation at a specific point in the production process, maintain the freshness and flavour, plus prolong its shelf life. Not wanting a drop of that delicious cherry flavour to go to waste, we’ve also added a dash of our orchard’s homemade cherry juice to make use of the leftover fruit. So, we’re looking at something like 98% or 99% cherries… if math is important to you. Oh, look at that – a slow clap from our legal team. (Hats off to us.)

Our wine is proudly made in the Hilltops Region of New South Wales, which just so happens to be the cherry capital of Australia. (Coincidence? We think not!) It comes from a multi-generational orchard that’s been letting their cherries do the talking since 1965.

Mon Cherry is free from artificial colours and flavours – just pure goodness from the earth. We celebrate the full spectrum of Australian cherries – perfect, wonky, and everything in between. They might not tick all the conventional boxes, but they’re packed with flavour, colour and natural sweetness, reducing food waste and proving that imperfection can be pretty damn delicious.

Yup, you bet! We only use 100% Australian cherries. Yum!
